At West Herts ABC we want your child to always be safe, however on occasions children can sustain injuries. In these situations we may need to provide first aid treatment for your child. Please confirm what treatment you consent to us providing when appropriate. Where your child needs treatment, this will be always be carried out by a qualified First Aider.

Cuts/graze - cleaned and plaster or dressing applied:

Ice packs used to treat minor injuries:

Whilst every attempt will be made to contact you or your emergency contact in the event of a medical emergency, if we are unsuccessful, your permission is required to take any appropriate action, including taking the child to hospital to receive the appropriate treatment:

Pay Monthly Members

Payments

West Herts ABC and Educational Support will give a five day grace period for all monthly fees to be paid. Monthly membership must be paid by the 5th of every month. If this is not set and payment is not received then the member will lose their place resulting in loss of membership annual fee and subsequently the place will be offered to next in line from the waiting list for that particular session. If you are facing financial difficulty or any medical condition that may come about then you must notify us by way of email as soon as possible on info@westhertsabc.com.
